The small lot single family houses have front porches, brackets, and other architectural details often found on higher income homes. The townhouses provide two and three bedrooms and two car parking. Each townhouse has a small private front yard and faces onto a lushly planted pedestrian mews.
Site grading required the creation of a series of low stone retaining walls which integrate into the landscaping and soften the height difference between the townhouses and the busy street they are situated on.
